Carbol–FAW absorbs odorous and pollutant elements through its active molecular sites that function as a macromolecular sponges, adsorbing and binding odorous and reacted compounds thus neutralizing them. Carbol-FAW captures pollutants as chemically bonded, cross-linked polymers that become inaccessible for microorganisms to hydrolyze, blocking sulfate reactions, and eliminating odorous reactions and gaseous production.
Carbol-FAW expands and speeds up the natural biological processes in animal farms and their settling ponds, lagoons, and barns to efficiently control odors and solid waste. It also has applications in commercial animal food processors.
Carbol-FAW efficiently controls odors and solid waste in dairy, hogs, chicken, turkey, sheep, horses, wildlife, and other animal farms and zoos as well as in beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb, and other animal food processors.
Carbol-FAW combines active organic matter from humic and fulvic acids, humates, lignin, and beneficial bacteria working to remediate and absorb odorous and pollutant molecules in farm and animal solid and liquid waste. Carbol-FAW is a naturally occurring, biologically active, non-toxic, environmentally benign, Carbon-based material harvested from the highest fixed Carbon humus deposit in the world. It contains ancient organic matter with indigenous biology, high in marine carbon and a natural diverse population of beneficial, non-disease-causing microbiology.
The core Carbon based structure in Carbol-FAW can absorb near 1,000 times its own mass in pollutant compounds with an active cation exchange capacity of 600 to 1400 moles per pound.
Benefits:
Animal Waste Pits or Ponds: Initial shock treatment of 50 ppm of Carbol FAW, based on pit or pond volume. A daily 10 ppm maintenance treatment is recommended.
Animal Barns and Corrals: Spray barns or corrals with a solution of 8 oz. of Carbol-FAW in 1 gallon of water using a hose or a backpack sprayer.Â
Animal Manure Lagoons: Add 50 ppm of Carbol FAW based on the volume of the pit. Treated manure can be applied to row crops.
Waste Water and Retention Pond Odor Control: Initial shock treatment of 50 ppm of Carbol FAW followed by a daily dosage treatment to the water in flow of 10 ppm.
Store in a dry place, above 32°F and in original container only. Keep lid tightly closed. Keep away from open flame or intense heat. Triple rinse container and offer for recycling or dispose of in accordance with federal, state and local authorities.
Carbol Products are all natural, non- toxic and considered non-hazardous to accidental small ingestion, skin or eyes contact.
Skin: Prolonged contact may cause skin irritation. Dermatitis and skin sensitization can develop after repeated or prolonged contact. Slight redness on hands and forearms if there is history of dermal allergic reactions. May cause infection if in contact with open wounds.
Eyes: May cause eye irritation.
Internal: No effect if ingested in small amount. May cause sickness if ingested in large quantities. Irritation of the mouth, pharynx, esophagus and stomach can develop.
Skin: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash with plenty of clean water and soap.
Consult a physician.
Eyes: Rinse with clean water for a minimum of 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses after the first 5 minutes and continue to rinse. Seek medical attention if irritation persists..
